There is no difference — a Property Inspection Report and an Immigration Accommodation Report are the exact same professional document, just referred to by different names depending on the context.

A UK visa Property Inspection Report is valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue, provided the document has been submitted to the Home Office.

Before submitting, most immigration solicitors recommend the report be no more than 28 days old, so your housing evidence aligns with financial documentation such as bank statements. If your submission is delayed past that window we provide free renewed reports inside the same visa cycle.
